| Proposed Analysis: | We will be doing mathematical modeling on ADNI, ADNI-DOD, AIBL and A4 data, including demographic, cognitive, genetic, blood/CSF biomarker and imaging data, for predicting cognitive decline in cognitively normal, mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's subjects. We will assess the accuracy and compare various modeling approaches, including linear, nonlinear and machine learning approaches using training and test sets drawn from each of the biomarker studies. The objective is to generate a model that accurately predicts cognitive decline. |
