| Proposed Analysis: | Quantities of methods have been proposed to explore the diagnostic biomarkers or biomarkers that predict the progression of Alzheimer's disease. However, they are mostly focusing on traditional statistical methods or machine learning methods. Most methods lack predictability for the causality between biomarkers and Alzheimer's disease. We apply for ADNI's datasets in order to develop a novel causal model to explore easily obtained biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease, which enables us to fetch deeper knowledge for latent mechanism of Alzheimer's disease. |
