Proposed Analysis:	Significantly improve our understanding of the heterogeneity of AD, and find new genetic targets for AD prevention, with emphasis on regulatory and rare functional variants involved in both aging and AD. Improve our understanding of relationships between AD and common infectious diseases in older adults and suggest new candidates for AD prevention based on the repurposing of existing vaccines.
