| Proposed Analysis: | For our analysis we will use a similar approach as outlined in this paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-020-59669-x At the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg we developed a novel algorithm for causal structure discovery. We want to analyze the dataset ADNI 1 and ADNI 2/GO with our algorithm to identify the causal relationship of Alzheimer's disease with different levels of a-priori knowledge about the causal structure of the dataset. With the respective benchmark from the afore-mentioned paper above we can compare our novel approach with existing causal structure discovery algorithms. |
