| Proposed Analysis: | Hello, I am a Ph.D. in bioinformatics from Nanjing University. We have used the publicly available methylation microarray dataset provided by AIBL to filter out some excellent marker models for diagnosis with machine learning. We would like to have some independent third-party 850K EPIC data of AD samples for validation. So we hope to access your dataset to validate the models. After confirming the capability of the markers, we will consider collecting Chinese patients' samples to perform EPIC array ourselves and share them publicly with our peers. |
