| Proposed Analysis: | I am engaged in the study of statistical methods of high-dimensional mediation analysis, which is about the effect of treatment on Y through high-dimensional mediators. I have downloaded two data sets from the public website https://openneuro.org and analyzed them with python. The method and simulation part of our thesis has been completed. Hope to use ADNI data for path analysis and verify our method. If I can use ADNI data, I will strictly abide by the relevant regulations. Thanks. |
