| Proposed Analysis: | We found fixel-based measures of fibre density and cross-section may be useful measures to distinguish MCI vs. CN using our in-house datasets. We want to validate the findings in ADNI cohorts. We will carry out fixel-based analyses with CN/MCI/AD as the independent variable of interest to see if fibre density and cross-section can help us distinguish the classifications. |
