| Proposed Analysis: | Some neuroimaging markers of cerebral small vessel diseases (CSVD), such as white matter hyperintensities (WMH) and microinfarcts have been recognized to contribute to increased risk of AD. However, the relationship of CSVD markers and Aβ as well as tau protein deposition patterns in AD has not been illustrated. Therefore, we hope to explore the associations of CSVD neuroimaging markers and Aβ and tau protein deposition in brains of AD, MCI and controls, to help investigate the underlying pathogenesis of AD. |
