| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to predict the progression of brain images and extract the imaging features associated with the progression. We would like to perform the genetic correlation and trans-ethnic on such features. To be specific, we want to identify the genetic variants and regions that have correlated impact on the progression-related imaging features, and we want to investigate if there is any discrepancies among the ethnical groups. |

| Proposed Analysis: | The analysis will be conducted in multiple steps. The first step is to identify disease progression-related features by attempting to predict the imaging. The second is to analyze the genetic variants related to identified features. We will compute the genetic correlations between the features, and examine if there are any discrepancies amount different ethnical groups. The third is to look at the gene expression in order to predict the subtypes. |
