| Proposed Analysis: | The usage of novel explainability methods to develop explainable ML models that can perform Alzheimer diagnosis. Existing Alzheimer diagnosis models are currently black-box models where the inner workings of the model are hard to understand. By using ML explainability methods the reasoning behind a machine learning prediction can be given. This, in turn, creates transparency which is useful for a medical practitioner to either accept or reject a decision. |
