| Proposed Analysis: | We aim to apply supervised machine learning analyses, and cellular pathway and molecular network analyses to the functional omics data in ADNI to identify statistically significant early-stage changes and longitudinal changes in AD and MCI compared to control subjects. The identified changes will be compared to molecular alterations in functional omics data for genetic mouse models of early-stage AD in order to determine a robust subset of shared changes at gene-, pathway- and network-level. |
