| Proposed Analysis: | I'm planning on participating in the Grand Challenge using TADPOLE dataset (https://tadpole.grand-challenge.org/Data/) provided through ADNI. My proposed analysis will use a deep neural network with biomarkers as inputs. Data naturally in a 3D format (e.g. voxel data from neuroimaging) will be ingested in a convolutional layer. I will evaluate output across a set of possible regression targets -- predicted ADAS-Cog and expected time to AD onset. |
