Proposed Analysis: We propose to adopt a joint model, in which the K-dimensional longitudinal data and M are modeled as the survival data. In the joint model, the full-parameter assumption for the random effect and random error is relaxed, the prior of the random effect is defined through CDPMM, and the non-parametric model is fitted by penalty spline. Thus, the Bayesian estimates of the parameters and the random effect can be obtained simultaneously, and applied to study the relationship between the event time of the onset of AD and each biological identifier as well as the internal relationship between biological identifiers.
