Proposed Analysis: The project aim is to examine brain morphological and connectivity patterns in and across brain disorders and its relationship to healthy brain organisation. Our goal is to build disease and healthy brain maps to develop a better understanding of mechanisms underlying psychiatric and neurological disorders and examine consistency and specificity. T1 data will be used for computation of cortical and subcortical organization (e.g. cortical volume, thickness, shape) and connectivity data will be used for computation of measures of brain connectivity, including network neuroscience approaches and metrics. Ultimately our work aims to make a contribution towards improved diagnostics and risk predictions.
