| Proposed Analysis: | We will develope an additive regression model to detect genes associated with Alzheimer's Disease.The SNPs information will serve as the predictor and further be mapped to genes. We are going to infer genetic effects at the gene level and individual SNP level.In the future, we plan to introduce the tensor decomposition to fit the additive model and to capture the underlying nonlinear relationships between genes and imaging response of Alzheimer's Disease. |
