| Proposed Analysis: | This project is aimed at modeling the survival time from normal cognition to dementia using a series of Machine Learning methods and their ensemble in different AD data centers, including ADNI, NACC, and so on. In addition, a fairly large difference for model evaluation metrics was observed across ANDI and NACC. We also want to investigate what caused this discrepancy and how we can use this information. |
