Proposed Analysis:	I am reviving an old ADNI project using ADNI FDG, AV-45, and AV-1451 processed scans from AD and CN participants, in a Partial Least Squares model versus Allen Human Brain Atlas data. It will then be validated with GSEA against the disease ontology databases and the best model will be assessed with the reactome, GO, and KEGG databases.
