| Proposed Analysis: | Vivid Genomics is developing a suite of machine learning algorithms to predict various co-morbidities prevalent among AD populations from genetics as wells as a genetic predictor for cognitive decline. Vivid Genomics intends to use the ADNI data to test, validate, and improve existing models, including genetic tests for amyloid AmyloidGB, co-morbid Lewy body dementia LewyBodyGB, and cerebral amyloid angiopathy CerebralAmyloidGB. Vivid Genomics is developing ProgressionGB, a machine learning genetic test to predict cognitive decline and intends to use ADNI data in model development. Vivid Genomics is evaluating current interest in WGS data from ADNI and will provide an update at a later time. |
