Proposed Analysis: We have two proposed analyses. First of all, Our study aim to analyze the differences in structural and functional magnetic resonance imaging among normal people, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to compare longitudinal data in the ADNI database to explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the early identification of AD. Then, we intend to explore the value of multimodal data in characterizing early Alzheimer's disease and to construct an AD risk assessment model for the elderly which helping to formulate AD prevention strategies.
