Proposed Analysis:	Use freesurfer to segment the hippocampus and amygdala subregions of the longitudinal (baseline, 6/12/24months) MRI data of AD, MCI, and CN participants, and perform biomechanical analysis of the subregions through the finite element method in fluid mechanics, combined with AI Algorithms identify biomarkers that can predict disease progression and model development trajectories
