| Proposed Analysis: | As a postgraduate student majoring in biostatistics, I want to conduct research on gene tree algorithms for multi-modal data of Alzheimer's disease. Multi-modal data modeling is a new field in medical research. In the field of multi-modal brain science data fusion, it is often faced with the challenge of high dimension and small sample size. Therefore, I want to extract effective information from the high-dimensional features of small samples and integrate it to improve the performance of the algorithm on the basis of ensuring practicability. Previous studies have shown that random forest has a good performance in multimodal data of Alzheimer's disease. So we applied for approval. |
