Proposed Analysis: | As a part of a study concerning the role of orientation in Alzheimer’s disease and its diagnosis, we are interested in evaluating the ability of resting-state fMRI (RSfMRI) to inform diagnosis along the AD continuum. We have developed an algorithm applicable to RSfMRI to extract hidden information. We want to examine this algorithm by comparing its predictive value for the AD continuum to ADNI's clinical, neuropsychological and neuroimaging data. In addition, we would like to regress different "background" factors. |
