| Proposed Analysis: | We are developing a mathematical model that links amyloid beta with tau PET - cortical thickness and CDR-SB. This model should help to better understand the drug effect in clinical studies that usually are limited by the short study duration compared to the disease progress rate. To calibrate the mathematical model we need to have individual data on amyloid beta, tau - cortical thickness and CDR-SB as well as the key patient factors. |
