Proposed Analysis: Neurodegenerative multi-omics based on MRI mapping, a unified multi-task deep learning framework, has been developed to open the way for machine learning-aided precision medicine by capturing biological information from high-dimensional omics data. Multiple kinds of omics data were translated into a latent space with a reduced dimensionality using the deep embedding module. Based on a unique multi-omics data representation, several downstream task modules were trained concurrently and effectively to predict the entire phenotypic profile of each sample based on MRI features using the multi-task technique. I need ADNI dataset to consider the effectivity level of our method on AD.
