| Proposed Analysis: | The goal of the research is to develop machine learning models that can forecast Alzheimer’s disease progression to help design clinical trials. Expected progress milestones include (1) first model development with ADNI dataset, (2) model tuning and upgrade with other datasets, (3) application to the clinical trial design. If our model performs better than existing ones, we would like to publish the results together with the model algorithm. |
