| Proposed Analysis: | We are using LSTM+CNN+MSA to model and analyse the data in a deep learning manner for the classification task of Alzheimer's disease. However, as MSA may require a large number of datasets for training, and the lab does not have a large enough sample of datasets, we would like to request the latest datasets from ADNI3 to complete the idea validation of the model design. We think MSA would be useful for feature extraction of regional correlations in FMRI time series, so we hope you will approve our application. |
