| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to use the alzheimers subjects MRI scans and clinical data to train a deep learning neural network to predict the onset of the disease. I've had an account with ADNI for my university studies and had completed the bachelors with a 2.1. My dissertation was able to predict the onset of alzheimers within a 3 year period. Right now, I would like to pick up the code again and improve it for a more accurate prediction as well as to make the system more explainable. I would like to display heatmap activations on the MRI scans themselves in order to ultimately help assist medical practitioners. |
