| Proposed Analysis: | I am a master's student in the Integrated Program in Neuroscience (IPN) at McGill University. I am also affiliated with the Douglas Mental Health University Institute. For my project, I will be examining the roles of several proteins in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. I will be primarily analyzing longitudinal data (CSF samples, neuroimaging data, cognitive assessments, etc.) acquired from the "at-risk" pre-symptomatic PREVENT-AD cohort. However, data collected from ADNI will be crucial in helping me verify and replicate my findings across distinct cohorts. |
