| Proposed Analysis: | I am looking for a large health survival dataset, with time-to-event or time series aspects. For my thesis, I will be combining survival analysis with functional data analysis to see if these two methods can both be performed for both results to be combined to find informative, interpretable and beneficial results. I hope to run these analyses in R Studio, and perhaps create an application to visualise my results. The supervisors for this project are Prof Norma Bargary and Dr Shirin Moghaddam, University of Limerick. |
