| Proposed Analysis: | Using the ADNI dataset, I plan to develop a novel deep learning-based Alzheimer's disease classifier to classify individual subjects as having Alzheimer's disease or not. I propose to use GAN-based approaches for explaining the classifier performance by tracing back to regions in the brain and identifying the regions of interest. |
