| Proposed Analysis: | EEG- and fMRI brain network analyses, based on methods of graph theory, information theory, and time-frequency theory. Metrics from these modalities and fields of analysis will be aggregated and fed as features to a discriminatory model (AI) with the purpose of learning characteristic patterns of brain networks in subjects across the Alzheimer’s spectrum. In addition to this, the metrics from these modalities will be implemented as predictive biomarkers in disease progression models such as that of LL Raket 2020 (DOI: 10.3389/fdata.2020.00024). |
