| Proposed Analysis: | To apply deep learning method on to fMRI and sMRI datasets to distinguish AD patients from healthy controls and try to locate the specific brain area to discuss the pathophysiology of this disease, and provide future medicine to relieve the patients or slow down the progress of AD.We shall meanwhile seek to compare the differences of the brain functional networks using Independent Component Analysis. |
