| Proposed Analysis: | To investigate how converted and non-converted MCI can be differentiated using machine learning approaches, I'll use resting state, structural imaging, and PET data. Network-based features will be extracted from resting-state imaging data of MCI and healthy controls. These features will be fed into a machine-learning algorithm (ANN/RNN) to determine if the resting state imaging can be used as a biomarker for MCI converter subjects. |
