Proposed Analysis: | I am a postdoctoral researcher at King's College London, and last year I completed my PhD in Arterial Spin Labelling for Dementia detection under the supervision of Dr David Thomas at University College London. Part of my PhD concerned support vector machine based machine learning for classification of dementia using ASL data from dementia studies and also improving the compatibility of ASL data taken from different scanners. Earlier scans from the ADNI studies were used to train and test these methods. I am interested in accessing ASL data from the now larger ADNI-3 study to train my machine learning methods, which would require: 1) The ASL data, with calibration scans for quantification. 2) Structural scans to preform groupwise registration and anatomical segmentation - if this has not been done already. Please may I request access to this data. Of course, your group will be offered acknowledgment/co-authorship if this work is published. Kind Regards, Jack Highton |
