Proposed Analysis: | Project Title: Subclassification of MCI using network analyses of neurocognitive data Project description & Specific aims: The aim of the project will be to examine the possibility using a dynamic bipartite network analysis approach to sub classify the heterogeneous MCI group based on cognitive performance. Only participants who have a three or more year follow-up will be included to evaluate the sub classification results on short-term clinical outcome. Furthermore, information on depression, ApoE, biomarkerstatus will be used to evaluate the sub classification. The goal is to improve MCI sub classification with clinically available scales to distinguish between stable MCI and short term convers. |
