| Proposed Analysis: | Characterizing disease progression in early biomarker confirmed AD and estimating the impact of slowing progression on key clinical outcomes. In this project we will identify a cohort of amyloid positive AD patients in the Early stage of disease (MCI or Mild AD) and follow them prospectively for cognition, function, and behavior. We will characterize decline in cognition and complex activities of daily living over time and then estimate the impact of slowing progression on those outcomes.
