Proposed Analysis: I was one of the participant of TADPOLE challenge (Viking AI-Sigmoid). I need access to this data set to train disease progression models from multimodal biomarker data. There are three specific reasons I am applying for access to the ADNI datasets. 1. To train a new model of Disease progression on TADPOLE challenge data. 2. To evaluate my previous model submission in TADPOLE challenge for other biomarkers which were not evaluated on leader board. (other than ADAS13 and Ventricle volume). Need access to D4 test dataset. 3. To evaluate the performance of the new model of disease progression against the one submitted for TADPOLE challenge.
