| Proposed Analysis: | I am a final year medical student and also a researcher in Iran university of medical sciences, I'm interested in research in the field of neurology and have published 14 peer-reviewed articles. I wish to access the data on ADNI to develop multiple multivariate diagnostic models based on serum biomarkers such as P-tau, NFL, Aβ 42/40 and imaging findings such as gray matter loss, etc. in combination with clinical findings and compare the diagnostic accuracy of above-mentioned models . I would also like to use this data in order to evolve multivariate prognostic models for Alzheimer's disease with consideration to cognitive impairment and depression as outcomes.
