| Proposed Analysis: | We analyze the partially linear additive model for the DTI(SPD) data. This model is a partially linear model with additive nonparametric terms. We use the multivariate discrete and continuous covariates and DTI predictors. To give the Lie group geometry for DTI data, we can regress the DTI data with covariate like gender, achievement, etc. |
