| Proposed Analysis: | I am currently working on my Master’s thesis in Biomedical Engineering. This dissertation aims to improve the robustness of multimodal Machine Learning models to deal with the negative effects of missing input. We intend to explore the relations between multiple modalities and investigate its potential as a tool to overcome the challenges associated with missing data. In order to develop and validate the proposed models we would like to use the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset, as it includes multimodal sources and has several research papers associated that can serve as benchmarks. |
