Proposed Analysis: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is an irreversible, degenerative brain illness that causes memory and cognitive problems, as well as eventual impaired functioning. Several research studies based on biomarkers and robust machine learning models have faced a challenging problem when classifying cases of Alzheimer's disease based on neuroimaging datasets. In this work, we will present a novel approach to detecting early Alzheimer's disease. For illness diagnosis, many machine learning and deep learning models will be used. The novelty will be used in a novel Convolutional Neural Network architecture that will extract characteristics from neuroimaging data. Then several machine learning algorithms like Support vector machines and Decision Tree will be applied to classify the disease. To measure the performance of this approach, we will try to get the best results possible as the performance standards of our approach will be compared with previous studies
