Proposed Analysis:	I am a post graduate and now I am making progress with my project aiming at longitudinal analysis combined with GWAS study, recently I have read the essay "High-throughput and efficient multilocus genome-wide association study on longitudinal outcomes",where data were obtained from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) database. In order to reproduce this essay and develop new methods for comparision, I sincerely hope my application to be approved, thank you!
