| Proposed Analysis: | The ADNI dataset will be used to inform and support translational and precision medicine strategies for key molecular targets. Specifically, we are interested in identifying patient sub-groups that are more likely to benefit from potential treatment interventions. This will be achieved by longitudinal, cross-sectional and correlative analyses that are typically used in patient stratification. Additionally, efforts will be made to identify novel disease and surrogate biomarkers that are associated with key clinical covariates. |
