| Proposed Analysis: | We will focus on phase-consistency based frequency-domain analysis of brain networks. We have run a certain pipeline on HCP data and we are planning to do a similar analysis to find integrative regions that are affected by disease. Our analysis depends on the modularity algorithm and gives opportunity to examine frequency selective differences in functional connectivity. |
