Proposed Analysis: | Compare the predictability of MTA on MOCA-score within Parkinson Disease (PD) (PPMI) to the same predictability strength within ADNI. The project goal is to test different preprocces techniques (feature extraction) on MRI-scans in combination with different machine learning techniques. To identify if regular MRI controls contribute to predict the cognitive state of a patient with PD. The comparison of PPMI-data and ADNI-data, might help to identify if the amount of available data in PPMI is insufficient to learn (overfitting) the model or that other features have a higher/lower predictable strength. |
