Proposed Analysis: | Use T1 and T2 MRI scans to create tetrahedral head models of subjects and model the effects of non-invasive brain stimulation in a large database of different subjects, through SimNIBS. As such, I will analyse and compare the induced modelled electric field in V/m across numerous patient populations. I aim to use these findings to improve the effectiveness of non-invasive brain stimulation in different patient cohorts. |
