| Proposed Analysis: | Objective : To investigate the intermethod reproducibility of estimated mean volume and normative percentiles between two clinically available brain volumetry software packages, NeuroQuant (NQ) and DeepBrain (DB), using FreeSurfer (FS) as a reference standard. Materials and Methods: 3D T1-weighted images of about 100-150 subjects (about 30-50 normal healthy subjects, 30-50 subjects with mild cognitive impairment, 30-50 subjects with Alzheimer’s disease) will be included in this retrospective study. Magnetic resonance imaging scans were assessed with DB, NQ and FS. We will used Bland-Altman plot analysis and ICC to evaluate the intermethod reproducibility and intermethod agreement. |
