Proposed Analysis: Recently there has been a renewed interest in psychosis within Alzheimer’s disease with a particular focus on Tau PET imaging. We would like to assess Tau binding with 18F-AV1451 in participants who have a known CDR and have a score >0 on psychosis measures within the NPI-Q. We plan to compare 18F-AV1451 uptake between age, sex, CDR matched participants. To do this we would like to request, 18F-AV1451, amyloid imaging (any radiotracer), age, sex, CDR, NPI-Q, MMSE or other neuropsychological testing measures, race, ethnicity, and years of education.
