Proposed Analysis: | Dear sir or madam, My name is Felix Bitzer, I am a researcher in the Translational Neuroimaging Group, a young scientist group at the Department of Epileptology at the University of Bonn Medical Center (https://www.translationalneuroimaging.de/). We are currently developing a pipeline (primarily based on FSL) to quantitatively analyse fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET images of epilepsy patients. FDG PET is a powerful diagnostic tool in the presurgical evaluation of patients with intractable epilepsy. To quantitatively identify regions of pathological hypometabolism, FDG PET images of patients need to be statistically compared to a cohort of healthy controls. For this reason we would be very grateful to be granted access to your dataset of healthy FDG PET controls, which we plan to use for this crucial step in our analysis. I look forward to hearing from you, and will gladly answer any further questions you may have. Sincerely, Felix Bitzer |
