Proposed Analysis:	APOE4 is the biggest LOAD genetic risk factor, LilrB4 is reported to interact with ApoE4. some SNPs of LilrB4 could abolish this interaction. I hypothesed that this SNP may offer some protective effect in APOE4 carriers.
